The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers: “10.1 That the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire Records/ case diary of crime no. 67/2025 for the offence punishable under section 376, 417 IPC registered at Police Station - Bhilai Nagar, Sector - 6, Bhilai, District - Durg Chhattisgarh. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or direction to respondent authorities to decide the application dated 29.03.2025 (ANNEXURE P-6) filed by the petitioner no. 1 and kindly provide the copy of the FIR to the petitioners, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or direction to the respondent authorities to take appropriate departmental action against the erring officials for dereliction of their official duties to provide the copy of the FIR to the petitioners and further not following the directives of the Hon'ble Apex Court as in the case of Youth Bar Association of India Vs. Union of India, in the interest of justice. 10.4 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant the cost of the petition to the petitioners. 10.5 That this Hon'ble court may further be pleased to pass any other order in favor of petitioner as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3.
