It is further submitted that the cheques given by the petitioner to the respondent in terms of the said Settlement Agreement have also been encahsed. 4. These petitions are accordingly disposed of, taking on the record the Settlement Agreement (filed in W.P.(C) 4848/2025). The aforesaid undertaking of respective counsel is also taken on record. 5. It is agreed that the amount deposited by the petitioner in an interest bearing FDR, pursuant to order dated 17.02.2026 passed in the present proceedings, shall be released to the petitioner.
