Present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 8.9.2025 passed in an appeal under Section 24 (4) of the U P Revenue Code, 2006 and also an earlier order dated 4.11.2024 passed under Section 24 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006. Upon being pointed out by counsel appearing for the State-respondents that the order passed in appeal would be subject to further statutory remedy, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition and states that the petitioner would take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
