Mr. Sapan Maji, Regional Manager is present for the Insurer, United India Insurance Company Ltd. 2. The claimant Sri Babul Das is present. 3. Both the parties have agreed to settle their dispute for a total amount of Rs. 11,50,000/-, out of which Rs. 4,41,155/-has already been deposited as interim deposit. 4. Now, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 7,08,845/- before the registry of this Court within 4 (four) weeks from the date of this order. 5.
