Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016. 3. It has been pointed out by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner has a remedy of appeal under Section 13 of the U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal under the aforesaid provision of law.
