The first respondent, Dr.R.Thamizh Vendan, and the second respondent, Mr.T.Dakshinmoorthy, Secretary to Government, Agricultural Department are present before this Court. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the orders will be complied with once the petitioners contacts the Controller of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, in person. 4.
