The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 20000 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 195 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 3(5), 109(1), 351(3), 61(2)(a), 117(2), 316(2) of B.N.S. (under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 506, 120-B, 34, 325, 406 of I.P.C.), Police Station- Khatauli, District- Muzaffarnagar, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 21.08.2025 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ bail application/ anticipatory bail application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
