By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners, namely, Rinku Das, has prayed for granting pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Panbazar P.S. Case No. 273/2025 under Section 316(2)/318(4)/61(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the case diary has been received and the present petitioner is alleged to be an associate of the main accused, Rupam Saikia. However, in his statement, he attributed the main role in the offence to the present petitioner. The alleged offences involve taking vehicles on hire and illegally selling it to different persons. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has raised objections to the prayer of the petitioner. 4. Perused the case diary. The investigation is in progress. Considering the materials in the case diary, I find force in the said contention of the prosecution. Accordingly, the pre-arrest bail stands rejected at this stage and the petition disposed of accordingly. 5. Return the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
