Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandil (Kapali O.P.) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(m), 69, 115(2), 304, 318(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chandil. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged 25 years. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It was submitted that the prosecutrix was already married from before. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chandil, in connection with Chandil (Kapali) P.S.
