By these applications, the petitioners, who are represented by Mr. Chandra Shekhar Yadav, learned Counsel, seek a modification of the order dated 13 August 2025. 2. Two errors in para 1 of the order are pointed out. The first is that the reference to “OAs” should read “writ petitions” and the second is that there were two impugned orders in the writ petitions which were dated 19 May 2025 and 23 May 2025. 3. Accordingly, para 1 of the order dated 13 August 2025 shall read thus: “1. After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts to the relief in these writ petitions to a clarification that the learned Armed Forces Tribunal would not be constrained by any observations or findings contained in the impugned orders dated 19 May 2025 and 23 May 2025, whereby stay which was earlier operating in favour of the petitioner strands vacated.” 4. The second submission of Mr. Chandra Shekhar Yadav is that the joining of the petitioner in the Department of Posts should be made subject to the outcome of the original applications before the AFT.
