The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the learned court below to decide the interim relief Application 6C filed by the Plaintiff/ Petitioner under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. in Original Suit No. 210 of 2023 (Pyare Lal Vs. Jasveer), expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period, which is pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (J.D.) F.T.C., Bareilly." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that an application for interim injunction (6C Application) is pending since 2023 and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.
