In the circumstances, the contempt petition is not maintainable since it is not possible to conclude that any of the respondents have committed contempt of court much less a willful contempt of the directions of learned Single Judge. 3. At the same time, learned advocate for the complainant submitted that, the court at least may fix the time limit for the compliance while not entertaining the petition on the aforesaid ground. 4. The request is reasonable. 5. The petition is disposed of by directing the competent authority-respondent to comply with the directions of learned Single Judge in the order dated 25.07.2024 in Writ Petition No.19559 of 2024 within six weeks from today.
