It is relevant to take note of that the petitioner had submitted a review application pursuant to an order dated 19.05.2025 in WP(C) No. 2671/2025. 3. Mr. J. Chutia, the learned Standing Counsel, KAAC has placed before this Court a communication dated 13.06.2025 wherein it has been mentioned that the application seeking review has been rejected on the ground that the mining contract area falls within the Catchment area of Kaziranga National Park as per the report of the Additional Chief Engineer, Water Resource Zone (Hills), Diphu. The said communication is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”. 4. Mr. P. K. Goswami, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that taking into account the said development which was not intimated to the petitioner earlier, the petitioner would be well advised to withdraw the
Page No.# 5/5 instant writ petition and file a consolidated writ petition thereby challenging the communication dated 13.06.2025. 5. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 6. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a separate writ petition, if so advised, by challenging all the causes of action which were the subject matter of the present writ petition as well as the communication dated 13.06.2025.
