Heard Sri Udai Prakash Deo Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. Petitioner is permitted to carry out the necessary correction in the prayer clause (i) and (ii) of the petition, forthwith. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner seeks a direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to command respondent no. 3 to decide the matter of show cause notice issued to the petitioner on 19.10.2024 as the petitioner has already submitted his reply/explanation way back on 12.12.2024. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to take a final decision in the matter of show cause notice considering the reply of petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. 5. From perusal of the record, we find that the matter of show cause notice is still engaging attention of the concerned authority of the Forest Department as after report had been called for previously no such final decision has been taken. 6. In such circumstances, we consider it appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent no. 3-Divisional Forest Officer, Kaimur Wildlife Division, Mirzapur to take a final decision in the matter of show Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Udai Prakash Deo Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Mitthu Lal .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) cause notice dated 19.10.2024 considering the reply of petitioner as expeditiously as possible, positively within two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
