Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has filed application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. before the Additional Principal Judge Family Court 1st Jaunpur and the said case has been registered as Case No. 241 of 2024 (Akhilesh Yadav Vs. Poonam Yadav). The said case was filed by him in the year 2024 because respondent/ wife of applicant has solemnized her second marriage. But in the meantime, respondent was also successful in getting the maintenance award from a different Court. As the applicant has to pay the maintenance amount despite the changed circumstances, he has prayed to direct the learned Additional Principal Judge Family Court 1st, Jaunpur to decide the Case No.241 of 2024 (Akhilesh Yadav Vs. Poonam Yadav) as expeditiously as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
