The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.73 of 2019, on the file of Lingasamudram Police Station, Prakasam District. 2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Sub- Inspector of Police, Lingasamudram Police Station, Prakasam District, wherein it is stated after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.600 of 2019 and that the same is posted for summons of the accused on 27.02.2025 before the Court below. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.600 of 2019 has already been filed and as the same is pending for trial, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforementioned charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
