Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to amend the petition during the course of day. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the case of the applicant bearing Execution Case No.721 of 2025) ( Sanyogita Vs. Rajeev Yadav), under Section 31 Domestic Violence Act, at Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad is pending in the Court of learned Junior ( Division ) FTC-I, Ghaziabad and no progress till now has been made in the said case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court below to decide the said case as expeditiously as as possible. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
