The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following reliefs:- "I. Issue, a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to direct respondent no.2 and 3 to produce the progress report and make sure the fare investigation in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 19.05.2025, in Case Crime No. 0132 of 2025, Under Section 191(2), 190, 103(2), 76, 351(3) B.N.S 2023, P.S Shahpur, District Muzaffar Nagar, and it is further to Change the I.O and to investigate under the supervision of S.S.P." 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material on record. 3. After some length of argument, learned A.G.A. submitted that in instant matter charge sheet has already been filed on 29.08.2025 and cognizance has also been taken on 23.09.2025 by the Court concerned. 4. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted and prayed that the instant writ petition may be disposed of in light of the statement given by the learned A.G.A. with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedy available to her under the law. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and the fact that charge sheet has already been filed and cognizance has also been taken by the court concerned, we do not find any good reason to keep this petition pending for further adjudication. 6. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Bhola Nath Garg Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Smt Mukesh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 8 Others .....Respondent(s) the petitioner to avail such other remedy available to her under the law.
