By the present writ petition, though the petitioners mentioned in the petition they are from District Korea, but in fact presently Village Baigapara, Post Baharasi is coming under District of Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur seeking a direction towards the Collector District Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur for issuance of advertisement of vacant post of Assistant Teacher in the Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur for ST (PVTG) Candidates, pursuance to the notification dated 20.02.2014 (Annexure P/2) issued by the GAD of the State of Chhattisgarh. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have already approached the Collector vide representation dated 3 17.04.2025 (Annexure P/5) to the Collector of Manendragarh- Chirmiri-Bharatpur and the same is pending, the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the Collector to decide the representation in accordance with the law as well as the circular issued by the State Government vide 20.02.2014 within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent without objecting to the contention of the petitioners submits that if the representation is still pending before the Collector, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard both the parties and perused the circular as well as the representation submitted by the petitioners (Annexure P/5). 5. It appears that the petitioners have approached the Collector by a representation dated 17.04.2025 to take necessary steps for recruitment to the post of Assistant Teacher pursuance to the circular of this General Administration Department of the State i.e. 20.02.2014, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector to decide the same within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the order of this Court. 6.
