It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Le. Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct to respondent Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Kasimabad, District-по. 4 Ghazipur to hear and decide the case no. 9255 of 2025, bearing Computerized Case No. T202514291109255 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Bhukkhan, Duleshwari), filed under section 67(1) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 within some stipulated which is pending before respondent no. 4 since 22.09.2025 as Arazi No. 263, Area 0.1010 hectare, situated at Village-Miranpur (Jahurabad), Tehsil-Kasimabad, District-Ghazipur is recorded as Khad ka Gaddha" in revenue record. And/or may pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. Otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury.." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned proceeding under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Case no.9255 of 2025, bearing Computerized Case No.T202514291109255 is pending before respondent No.4/Tehsildar in respect to plot No.263, as such proper direction be issued for deciding the aforementioned proceeding expeditiously within time bound period. He further placed certified copy Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ram Yash Chauhan Counsel for Respondent(s) : Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, C.S.C. Smt Champa Devi .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 5 Other .....Respondent(s) of the pending case, which has been annexed as Annexure No.3 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally directing respondent No.4/Tehsildar to decide the aforementioned proceeding case no. 9255 of 2025, bearing Computerized Case No. T202514291109255 in accordance with law expeditiously after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
