None is present on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 to 10. 2. The present revision has been filed against the order dated 2.9.2024 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge / Special Judge, (Dacoity Affected Area), Kanpur Dehat in Sessions Case No. 08 of 2024 (Uma Devi Versus Shiv Kumar alias Pappu and others), under Section 203 CrPC, P. S.- Rasoolabad, district-Kanpur Dehat. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the said sessions case has been dismissed on the ground that the complainant has lost interest and is not responding for the last eight occasions. 4. Without going into merits of the case, the order dated 2.9.2024 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge / Special Judge, (Dacoity Affected Area), Kanpur Dehat in Sessions Case No. 08 of 2024 (Uma Devi Versus Shiv Kumar alias Pappu and others) is set aside and it is directed that the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge / Special Judge, (Dacoity Affected Area), Kanpur Dehat shall afford another opportunity by fixing a particular date for appearance / arguments or any other proceedings to be conducted on the said complaint and if the complainant does not turn up on the said date fixed, learned Additional District and Sessions Judge / Special Judge, (Dacoity Affected Area), Kanpur Dehat shall be at liberty to pass appropriate orders.
