The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the Case No. 5510 of 2022, under Sections 354Kha, 325, 323, 324, 504, 34 IPC arising out of Case Crime No. 198 of 2022, Police Station Ahraula, District Azamgarh pending in the court of F.T.C. (Mahila), Azamgarh to the court having same jurisdiction in nearby districts if possible in district Ambedkar Nagar. 3. The instant transfer application is pending since June, 2024 i.e. for last more than a year and today none is present to press the instant transfer application. 4. In view of above, the instant transfer application stands dismissed for non prosecution. 5. However, it is open for the applicant to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and if applicant files any application to appear through Video Conferencing then concerned authorities shall permit her to appear through Video Conferencing.
