JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed by the husband seeking early disposal of the MC.No.1884/2021 pending on the file of the 1st Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/ husband submits that the wife is not representing before the family court and the matter is pending since 2021. This court cannot pass any orders directing the court to dispose off the matter pertaining to year 2021 as there are still older matters pending. 3. This court is not proposing to issue notice to the respondent as disposal of the case is in the interest of both the parties. Accordingly, this court is passing the following: ORDER i.
