The instant writ petition has been filed praying inter alia for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 New Okhla Industrial Development Authority(G.M.), Sector-06 Noida, District Gautam Buddha Nagar to stop the harassment of petitioner and allowed the peacefully run of the aforesaid M/S Jagdamba Industries, W-42. Sector 11, Noida, District Gautam Buddha Nagar. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (G.M.), Sector-06 Noida, District Gautam Buddha Nagar to decide the application dated 07.10.2025 of the petitioner which is still pending." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he does not wish Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Manish Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Kaushalendra Nath Singh Sushil Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) to press the aforesaid reliefs at this stage, as this Court has already issued a positive direction to decide the petitioner’s representation dated 15.07.2025 in Writ-C No. 33371 of 2025 (Sushil Kumar v. State of U.P. and Another). He submits that the petitioner shall pursue his remedy in the said proceedings, and accordingly, prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition. 4.
