Heard learned counsel for the applicant, and learned A.G.A for the State. 2. The present application has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 26.05.2025 passed by Additional Session Judge/Special Judge, POCSO Act, Court No.3, Amroha in Criminal Appeal No.30 of 2025 (Fareed Imamuddin Vs. Nadeem Ahmad and others) arising out of Criminal Complaint No. 212 of 2024 (Nadeem Ahmad Vs. Fareed Imamuddin) under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Didauli, District Amroha by which Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against applicant. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that by order dated 20.3.2025, the appellate court had directed for depositing of Rs.2,20,000/- within 15 days. The aforesaid amount was not deposited. Learned counsel for applicant further submits that applicant is ready to deposit the amount as directed by order dated 20.3.2025 and applicant may be enlarged on bail. 4. In view of statement made by learned counsel for applicant, applicant may move an application before the court concerned Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Manish Mishra, Surendra Prasad Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Fareed Imamuddin .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) along with amount to be deposited as per order dated 20.3.2025. The trial court shall consider the bail application along with amount offered to be deposited in accordance with law. 5.
