By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants a direction in the nature of mandamus to command respondent no. 2 to decide her claim for compensation under the scheme known as 'Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna'. It is pleaded that petitioner's husband met accidental death on 12.01.2020 and death certificate was issued to her on 27.10.2020 and then she set up her claim for compensation vide representation dated 10.07.2024 before the respondent no. 2 which may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to take final decision in the matter of claim of the petitioner and pass Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sanjeev Kumar Saxena Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Smt. Sunita .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 2 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in her representation dated 10.07.2024 and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order taking pragmatic view in the matter of claim for compensation, but strictly in accordance with law.
