Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned AGA appearing for the State. 2. This present application has been filed for seeking quashing of chargesheet dated 04.12.1996 and Non Bailable Warrant dated 22.10.2024 passed in Case No.655 of 2000, arising out of Case Crime No.173 of 1996, under Section 379 IPC, P.S. Utraon, District Allahabad, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.8, Allahabad. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant confined his prayer only to the extent that the present application may be disposed of finally with a direction to the court concerned that in case applicant surrenders before it and applies for bail in pursuance of NBW order dated 22.10.2014, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law to which learned AGA has no objection. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the instant application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned that in case, the applicant surrenders before the court concerned within a period of four weeks from today and applies for bail in pursuance of NBW order dated 22.10.2024, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5. However, it is made clear that till four weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant herein in the present case. October 14, 2025 Vivek Kr.
