Heard Sri Amal Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief:- "Issue a suitable order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing/commanding direct the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 2.9.2025 pending before him within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court. ii) Issue a suitable order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing/commanding the respondent no.2 to restrain the respondent no.3 to 5 not to dispossess the petitioner over the land of her share i.e. 4.3 Bigha which was situated at Village-Pathanpura, Tehsil-Chosana, District-Muzaffar Nagar and also not to sell the land of the petitioner's share to any one." 3. In our considered view the relief is in the nature of injunction arising out of a pure civil dispute which may involve disputed questions of fact and hence, petitioner may avail remedy of civil suit, if so advised.
