By the present writ petition, the petitioners are working as Daily Wagers in Public Health Department (E/m) Sub-Division- Jashpur District Jashpur preferred the present writ petition seeking a direction towards the respondent authority to consider their case for regularization pursuance to the circular dated 05.03.2008. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are working 2001, 2013 and 2001 respectively in the respondent department and the petitioners have submitted a representation 3 before the Executive Engineer/respondent no. 5 on 12.04.2025 and he submits that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent for consideration of their claim of regularization in accordance with law under the current policy of the State Government. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent have no objection to the prayer made by the petitioner. 4. I have heard both the parties. 5. In view of the submission made by the petitioner and the respondents. As the petitioner has submitted a representation before the Executive Engineer vide (Annexure P/2) on 12.04.2025, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Engineer respondent no. 5 to consider the grievance and claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and the policy of regularization currently existing in the State.
