Heard Sri Shyam Surat Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner is the Committee Of Management, Jai Kishan Junior High School Nagla @ Nasirabad Sarsawa, Tehsil Nakur, District-Saharanpur and is aggrieved by the order dated 12.8.2025, whereby District Basic Education Officer, Saharanpur after conducting an inspection of the school found that there were various irregularities and an order was passed to Khand Shiksha Adhikari to take action against the said school and its functioning was also stopped. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that building of the school was temporarily shifted to another building since it required repairing and for that Committee of Management has submitted a representation also to the concerned respondent, however, till date it has not been decided. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that since the petitioner has not come up with any averment that irregularities mentioned in the impugned order were wrong, therefore, this Court may not interfere with the impugned order. 5. I have considered the above submissions and perused the records. 6. By the impugned order dated 12.8.2025, Khand Shiksha Adhikari was directed to take action against the said school in accordance with law on Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : C.S.C., Pardeep Kumar, Shyam Surat Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : Committee Of Management Jai Kishan Junior High School Nigla @ Nasirabad And Another .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) basis of the inspection report, therefore, while considering the reply or explanation to be submitted by the petitioner within a short period, above referred application may also be taken note of since functioning of school has been stopped in mid-academic session, therefore, concerned respondent will take a decision within a short period. 7.
