Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Teacher at GPS Bihali u/c GPCS Dhadu Education Block Chowari District Chamba. His grievance is that he has preferred a representation on 12.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) seeking his transfer under 5% quote for inter-district transfer in terms of notification dated 20.11.2021. However, the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. -2- 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of eight weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
