After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is revisable under Rule 80 of the Mines and Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021 and therefore, the writ petition may be dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a revision under Rule 80 of the Mines and Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021 against the impugned order. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty. 3. In case the petitioner prefers a revision before the Revisional Authority within a period of one month from today, the Revisional Authority shall consider and decide the revision on merit without entering into the question of limitation.
