Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not taking any action against the complaint dated 05.08.2020 given by the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that a crime in Cr.No.514 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 420 IPC, on the file of J.Madugu (U) Police Station, Y.S.R Kadapa District has been registered against the unofficial respondents and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. 5. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
