This Court, on 12.06.2014, had directed the respondents not to take coercive steps to demolish the existing hut over the 64 square yards of land. 2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3. The learned standing counsel for corporation appearing for the 3rd respondent, on written instructions, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive any further as the petitioner has alienated the property. On verification, it was found that a permanent structure comprising G+2 floors was constructed on eight ankanams of land. It is also stated in the written instructions that the ownership over the property, which is the subject of the writ petition, has been transferred, and that the respondent authorities are not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the property bearing D.No.20/1800, Ward No.20, Vigneswarapuram, Kottamitta area, Nellore Bit-I. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs. 5.
