GP FOR SERVICES II 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the suspension order dated 18.03.2025 of the petitioner, issued by the 3rd respondent under Section 59(1) of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 (for short, the Act, 1964”) as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even after lapse of more than a year, the respondents have not conducted any disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner nor reviewed the suspension order dated 18.03.2025, which is contrary to the provisions of Act, 1964 and he prays to allow the writ petition as prayed for. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that the competent court while granting the bail to the petitioner observed in its finding that no misappropriation has taken place. 4. In the circumstances and having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and review the suspension order dated 18.03.2025 of 4 the petitioner based on record within a period of one month from today. If the respondents fail to review the suspension order dated 18.03.2025 within a period of one month from today, the impugned proceedings dated 18.03.2025 shall automatically stand quashed.
