The present application under Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: “a) Revive the CCP No.828 of 2025 and the contempt petition be restore to its original number, and b) pass any such and further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstance of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the RCS, who appears on an advance notice, has handed over an order dated 11.08.2025, wherein it has been recorded as follows: - “ In compliance of the Hon'ble High Court order dated 25.03.2025 in W.P (C) No. 6768/2021 and Cont Case No. 828/2025 order dated 23.05.2025, the Registrar of Co-operative Societies has accorded the approval to forward the name of Sh. Amit Rathee and Smt. Kamla Rathee (Membership No. 311) to the DDA for further necessary action at your end.
