Shri Rishi Chaddha, learned AGA submits that the petitioner has been identified as the principal offender who captured indecent videos of the victim and physically exploited her. He also harassed the victim through various social media platforms. A prima facie case for investigation of the offence is disclosed against the petitioner. Faced with this, Shri Chakrasudan Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the relief for quashing of the F.I.R. in the writ petition. The relief sought for quashing of the F.I.R. is accordingly rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner recasts his relief and submits that the petitioners may be granted liberty to approach the competent court for anticipatory bail and for availing other legal remedies available with him under the law.
