The petitioner has come up in the present petition with a sole prayer that a direction be issued to the respondent no.2-Chairman, District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Allahabad to decide the Case No.139 of 2023 (Raghvendra Singh Vs. ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd.) expeditiously within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting into the merits of the case, we dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.2-Chairman, District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Allahabad to decide the Case No.139 of 2023 (Raghvendra Singh Vs. ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd.) pending before him expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties in accordance with law.
