However, in the ends of justice, one week time was granted to pay PF to issue notice against the respondent and also made it clear that if PF is not paid within one week, the matter will be dismissed on the next date of hearing. Inspite of the said order also, the counsel for the petitioner is not present and PF is also not paid and hence, the petition is dismissed in view of the order dated 04.02.2025.
