This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 22 dated 09.01.2024, registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and Sections 409 and 420 IPC, at Police Station Sector 32-33, Karnal. 2. This Court, vide order dated 15.03.2024, stayed the arrest of the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 15.05.2025, passed by this Court, the petitioners have deposited Rs.3,25,000/-. He has filed a copy of the challan regarding deposit of the said amount which is taken on record. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioners shall join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. 6.
