(c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ Petition directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner vide Annexures-D, E and F. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. AGA on instructions submits that the Police Authorities have not ceased the gold and silver ornaments illegally. The creaser of the gold and silver ornaments was made in the proper manner and the gold and silver ornaments are now deposited before the Trial Court.
