Since identical issues involved in the above mentioned writ petitions, they are being heard and decided by this common order. 2. By the present Writ Petitions, the Petitioners are questioning the inquiry report dated 29/11/2024 (Annexure-P/1), wherein, respondent No.4, on the basis of some complaints, initiated an inquiry in respect of departmental examination of the Revenue Inspector conducted in the year 2024 and submitted the same to the Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management/respondent No.1, 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who are candidates to the said examination is apprehending that on the basis of the said inquiry report which has been prepared behind the back of the petitioners, some action may be taken against them and if any action is taken against them, they will be prejudiced. Therefore, respondent authorities may be directed that if any action is taken on the basis of the said inquiry report dated 29/11/2024 then the respondent shall proceed by giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent/State would submit that if any action will be taken on the basis of inquiry report against any candidate, then principles of natural justice must be observed and followed. 4 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State/respondent, all these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a observation that if the respondent authorities are inclined to take any action on the basis of the inquiry report (Annexure-P/1) which is under challenge in these writ petitions, principles of natural justice be observed and sufficient opportunity of hearing be given to the petitioners before proceeding against them. 7.
