It is stated that the pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 09.05.2025, an amount of Rs.52,22,08,515.20 paisa was deposited by the writ petitioner into the account of the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, bearing A/c. No.38161049134, SBI, High Court Branch, which is meant for deposit of Court fees, instead of the designated A/c. No.38392639389, SBI, High Court Branch, of the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Andhra Pradesh. 3. As the amount, in pursuance of the compliance of the interim directions of this Court, has been deposited and credited to an account meant for the deposit of court fees, which is being directed to be refunded to the writ petitioner while disposing of the writ petition, the same has been now brought to the notice of the Court by the Registry, seeking clarification. 4. This Court deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the Registrar (Judicial) to take appropriate steps to get the amount transferred from A/c. No.38161049134 SBI, High Court Branch to the designated A/c. No.38392639389 SBI, High Court Branch of the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, and process the refund accordingly. 5.
