This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction quashing the Original Suit No.26 of 2024 (Usha Saroj Versus Raj Kumar @ Bablu) filed in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Gram Nyayalaya Machhalishahar, Jaunpur against the sole defendant- petitioner for obtaining permanent injunction abusing the process of the court in respect of land shown in Naksha Nazari of the plaint. B. Issue a writ, order or direction directing the Civil Judge (J.D.) Gram Nyayalaya Machhalishahar, Jaunpur not to pass any order against the petitioner during pendency of the present petition." The prayers made in the writ petition cannot be granted in Matters under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner has a remedy of moving an application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, as provided under the Code, for redressal of his grievance.
