Sri Radhey Shyam Dwivedi, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Shashi Bhushan Rai, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Sri Kunwar Tejandra Bahadur, learned AGA for the State are present. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 2056 of 2015, under Sections 325, 323, 504, 506 IPC IPC, Police Station Modinagar, District Ghaziabad pending in the court of 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to District Court Meerut. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is complainant of the case and he filed instant transfer application to transfer the case from District Ghaziabad to District Meerut but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then his application shall be entertained and he will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 are having no objection. 5. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant, who is complainant of the case to transfer the case from District Ghaziabad to District Meerut but now he is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicant filed an application to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing then his application shall be considered and he Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Radhey Shyam Dwivedi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Shashi Bhushan Rai Laxmi Narayan Tayal .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) will be permitted to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing. 6.
