Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 13.05.2014 registered as Case Crime No. 191 of 2014, under sections- 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 204 IPC and 13 (2) Prevention of Corruption Act Police Station- Mursan District - Hathras and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. There is allegation against the petitioners that he has misappropriated the public money given by the District Minority Welfare Department. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he received the money from District Minority Welfare Officer and disbursed it to the students and other beneficiaries in accordance with law. There was no offence committed by the petitioners. 5. Petition is disposed of directing that till cognizance is taken on police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., by the court the respondents shall not arrest the petitioners pursuant to the First Information Report, subject to cooperation in ongoing Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Krishna Kant Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
