Heard Sri Anil Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaya Prasad Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Grievance of the writ petitioner is that by virtue of the impugned order dated 08.10.2025 the writ petition who is working as Gram Vikas Adhikari has been sought to be transferred from one place to another in the same block. According to him, the said transfer is a consecutive transfer and the same is not as per the transfer policy. 3. Sri Gaya Prasad Singh leanred Standing Counsle submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs examination at the first instance by Zila Panchayat Raj Adhikari, District Sant Kabir Nagar. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the third respondent, Zila Panchayat Raj Adhikari, District Sant Kabir Nagar by 14.11.2025. Thereafter, the third respondent shall decide the claim of the writ petitioner within a period of two months in accordance with law. 5. The benefit of the order would only be applicable once the writ petitioner joins the transferred post. 6. With the said observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
