Mr. Biswas submits that the accused is languishing in jail hazot for more than 187 Page No.# 2/2 days and within the statutory period no charge-sheet has been submitted by the I.O. here in this case and as such, he has the instruction to withdraw this petition with a liberty to approach the learned Trial Court. Prayer is accordingly allowed. This bail application stands disposed of on withdrawal.
