ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioners have sought for a direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 02.06.2020 and 05.02.2022 as per Annexures-M and N, whereby petitioners have prayed for issuance of saguvali chit

and for change of khata in the names of the petitioners in respect of the subject land.
3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful examination of the representations at Annexures-'M and N' would indicate that the land in question has been granted in favour of mother of the petitioners and in this regard, it is stated that saguvali chit has not been issued by the respondent - authorities.
4. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.2 is
directed to consider the representation at Annexure- M and N, in accordance with law and pass appropriate order, within outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that no opinion is expressed by this Court on merits of the case.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending I.A., if any, does not survive for consideration.
