Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioner no. 1 is the mother of the principal accused and the petitioner no. 2 is the 74 years old grandfather. The petitioners are absolutely innocent. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and points to the statement of the minor victim girl recorded before the learned Magistrate. 3. It appears from the statement of the minor victim girl recorded before the learned Magistrate that she had left her house because there was an attempt to forcibly get her married to someone. 4. Considering the exonerative statement made by the minor victim girl before the learned Magistrate, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. 2 2 5. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and the petitioners shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses. 6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. 7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
